AT&Ts store in Los Angeles, which opened earlier this month, has been flooded with customers who are unhappy with the service and want to know what the fuss is about.
The problem is that AT&ts customer service representatives are on hand for customers to speak to, but the only information AT&t is giving is what customers say they’re experiencing.
“I’m trying to figure out how to make my flight, I’m trying for a day, and I’m on my way, but I don’t know what’s going to happen,” one customer told NBC 4.
“It’s crazy, I don�t even know what to say, I just don’t want to be on my own and have no information.”
According to an AT&tg representative, AT> is currently working to fix the problem, and that ATs team is working on getting a “better” customer service system in place.
